To build this breezeway would mean so much to us, and would be of great
value to the house and property.
Building the breezeway would be more accessible for us and our guests,
also in helping us in keeping the rest of the home maintained.
Having the breezeway will be a great factor for us so as not to walk out-
side in the winter months to the garage and slip on the ice, snow and other
sorts of bad weather.
By having the breezeway built would not take away from anything, only add
to the value of the house and property, would not cause any damage or injury
to anyone or anything concerned, and would not ever be rendered useless.
