During an inspection of your business at 44 Maple Street on February 27th in conjunction with
the Northampton Health Department.t. must following is a list o rviiolations of the Massachusetts State
Building Code where discovered a
• Two extension cords are used to power the front desk, an outlet must be installed with
the device plugged directly in.
• Power strip are over loaded and being used as permanent power supplies in the
bathroom. Extension cords cannot be used as a permanent power supply. Permanent
outlet need to be installed and devices plugged directly in.
Please let me know when the work is complete and I will schedule a reinspection.
