NORTHAMPTON ZONING ORDINANCE APPENDIX A
Article 8 -- Section 8.10 -- paragraph 17 reads in part as follows:
"No unregistered motor vehicle shall be parked, stored, or
otherwise placed in, on, or upon land in any district . . . No junk
motor vehicle shall be parked, stored, or otherwise placed in, on,
or upon land in any district . . . "
