COMPLIANCE STATEMENT: The proposed building design represented in these

as supervisor. CMR 780, Sixth Edition Section 108.3.5.1.

At a meeting conducted on July 25, 2002, the Zoning Board of Appeals authorized Zoning
Administrator GRANTED the request of Stephen & Lisa Kloc, III for a FINDING under
Section 9.3 in the Northampton Zoning Ordinance to construct a 26, by 18, addition, for
Property located at 87 High Street, Map 17C, Parcel 108 in accordance with the following
plan and information submitted with the application:
1. "Site Plan" prepared by Land Solutions, dated August 16, 1994 and revised on July
1, 2002.
Zoning Administrator: Malcolm B. Smith
The Findings of the Zoning Administrator under Section 9.3 for a change of a pre-existing non-
conforming structure were as follows:
1. The Zoning Administrator found that the proposed change (to construct a 26' by 18'
addition) would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the
existing nonconforming structure; would not increase the non-conforming nature of the
property, would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not
involve a sign.
