NOTICE ORDER
OF AND TO
ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION CEASE, DESIST, AND ABATE
Mr./Mrs./Ms. James F. Frenier , and all persons having notice of this
order.
As owner/occupant of the premises, located at 39 Garfield Ave ,
Assessor's Map 17C Plot76 , and known asURB Residential Zome ,
you are hereby notified that you are in violation of the City of Northampton's
ZONING ORDINANCE(s), ARTICLE(s) V , SECTION(s) 5.3-2 , and are ORDERED
'this date 8 October 85 to:
1. CEASE AND DESIST immediately, all functions connected with this
violation, on or at the above mentioned premises.

If at the expiration of the time allowed, this violation has not been remedied, further
action as the law requires shall be taken.
