21, 1996, the Northampton Board of Health voted in support of a variance of 248 CMR
2.10 (4). The request is to allow the use of Scandinavian plumbing fixtures in a new '
dwelling being constructed by Mrs. John E. Hughes, at 468 Coles Meadow Road,
Northampton. This request is also supported by Northampton Plumbing Inspector
Charles Mazeski.
