RE: Coles Meadow Road--Map ID #3-007
Dear Mr. Page:
The Northampton Conservation Commission has received a complaint
that work is occurring on property you own on Coles Meadow Road in
apparent violation of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
The site work and trees clearing behind the barn on Coles Meadow
Road may be a wetland or within 100 feet of a wetland that serves
as part of Hatfield's water supply.
The Northampton Conservation Commission will discuss this matter at
their meeting on Monday, April 25, 1991 at 7: 00 PM in City Council
Chambers. You are invited to attend this meeting or to send a
written response to the Commission to be read at the meeting.
If you have any questions, please contact Wayne Feiden at the
office of Planning and Development.
