I will leave a copy of that key with you so that in case of emergency only, you can unlock It, go upstairs, and exit to the outside through the door in the main floor apartment (between the kitchen and livingroom). In addition, I plan to place a handrail on the wall of the stairwell of your main entrance. If for any reason you cannot make the appointment at this time, please so indicate in writing to me so that I will receive it through the mail by July 11, 2002. I appreciate your cooperation.
