NAME There shall be and there hereby is created a homeowners association to be known as the Northern Woods Property Owners Association (hereafter referred to as the "Association"). 2. Fertilizers, sediments, and other pollutants contained within stormwater discharges shall be controlled so as to prevent the development of algal blooms or proliferation of aquatic weeds in the downstream ponds &Roaring Brook. 34.
