On January 21`I, 2015 1 visited the building,indicated above to observe the replacement of degraded
existing roofing and metal roof decking sheathing with new TPO rooting and steel roof decking along with
additional required seismic masonry wall bracing anchors.
Roughly 60%of the existing metal roof deck was removed and replaced. The north end of the
structure's roof decking was in much better shape than the south end and did not need replacing. At the time of
my site observation much of the decking was already covered with TPO type roofing. I discussed the work
performed with the site supervisor and with the project manager. I am confident that the work performed
conforms to the general intent of my structural contract document and sketches dated December 29`h 2014..
This will be my last letter for this project.
