Scott Zoning Enforcement Officer 212 Main Street Northampton, MA 01060 Kyle, I am very appreciative of your help in closing my neighbor's lawn-equipment repair service on Spruce Hill Avenue in Florence (Jonathon's Yard and Garden Equipment Repair). The noise and disturbance resulting from this business had a prolonged impact on my quality of life, reducing the enjoyment I was able to derive from my home on 67 Spruce Hill Avenue. I would appreciate a copy of the notification letter sent to the proprietor, Keith Wintle, to inform him that his home business was out of compliance with the zoning ordinance pertaining to home businesses (350-2). This would clarify any remaining uncertainties and provide a degree of closure to the ordeal. Thank you, A 7 lWe, Jeullane
