Neither district allows more than a single dwelling unit on a parcel (see attached table of use), except for accessory apartment. An accessory apartment (see attached zoning section 350-10.10) attached to the existing dwelling is allowed by right, and an accessory apartment in a detached structure is allowed with a special permit from the zoning board of appeals.
