Additional sign for remote drive-up teller/ATM

FINDINGS:
The Board of Appeals approved the special permit allowing more than the number of signs allowed by right for the detached/remote
drive-up with ATM based on the information submitted in the application. The Board granted the permit based upon finding that:
(1)Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district;and
(2) The Board of Appeals determined that the architecture of the building, the location of the building or the land or nature of the use
being made of the building or land is such that additional signs or signs of a larger size would not detract from the character of the
neighborhood and should be permitted in the public interest. The additional sign would be located on a detached accessory building
that is set 300'+from the street and is otherwise not clearly identifiable, which warrants a second sign to direct patrons to that ATM.
(3) The Board of Appeals specified that the one sign allowed is the 8'x 3'sign proposed in the application, which is non-illuminated.
