In response to your letter dated January 12, 2009, I would advise you that
the 28 Evergreen Road, Leeds property is a single story building containing four
units. Each of the four units have an entrance in the front and the rear that are at
ground level. There are no wooden stairways, fire escapes or egress balconies.
You are welcome to examine the building at any time and if you want me to
be present please let me know.
