In introducing my petition to your City Council on Thursday
evening, April 7th, 1994 , I am hopeful that it will be dis-
cussed as an agenda item in the near future, or I will be
notified by my Ward Representative that it will be acted
upon in the not too distant future.
I am especially interrested in removing this operation on
Sylvester Road at this time since it is located directly
across from the beautiful open field which was just aquired
by the City for conservation land. To leave this unsightly
and illegal business in this location would be an insult to
those who have worked so hard to preserve and protect the
Sylvester Road area, not to mention unacceptable as described
in our City zoning ordinances.
I will share my petition with you at your request.
