1 am writing with regard to my property at 28 Ward Avenue, which you
inspected some weeks ago with the builder, Mr. ,Jeff :Haskell. Subsequently,
Mr. Haskell found the missing; building permit, signed off as completed,
and turned it in to your office. I would appreciate if you could send mean
occupancy permit, or at least let me know specifically what needs to be
done to obtain one.
