There is ample parking provided for the accessory apartment. 6 . There is only one apartment being created in this single family home. 7 . The appearance of the home will remain that of a one-family residence because the exterior will remain the same. 8 . The gross floor area of the accessory apartment does not exceed 30% of the floor area. 9 . The apartment will not be occupied by more than 3 people. 10. The design and room sizes of the apartment will conform to all applicable standards in the Health and Building codes.
