I advised you at this time, the described type of work required a gas fitters license of which you had none. You also stated your helper did have a New York License and quite possibly a Massachusetts License. I asked you to bring this individual with you to a meeting at Room 100 212 Main St. Northampton to discuss this matter further and to bring his Massachusetts License. At approximately 4:00 P.M. the same day you explained this individual could not attend this meeting as he was in another state. The liner is aluminum and not stsialm steel. 2. The liner did not have ices moc1, 1 fly fasted to connect dw appliances, just holes tort into the liner with 26 gaffe smoke pipe stuffed into dam 3. Thm was o*26 pipe Ping dmu&the masomy,it sluoutd have been stainless steel oar a properly sized maker sleeve. The smoke pipe was not mortared in place. 4. There was no cover at the boom of the linc r,nor was the liner sealed at the bonbon. S. The top plate instatled was for an 8"mound lin rx not die 6"round liner du t was installed. 6.
