Hot Water System L We want to change from the existing hot water heater to an "on demand" propane tankless system. Besides being more efficient, this will allow the bathroom to have a greater depth (meaning the wall will be closer to the heater). 1. We will use a propane based system. 2. Rinnai brand looks good. [Rinnai estimates incoming water temperature at 450 to 500, calling for a 700 rise.] 3. 4. g. Electrical Basement Remodel Scope – 42 Norfolk – Stultz a. Bathroom. L Need to verify that new north wall can extend approx. 9' 4" into the unfinished part of the basement after removal of the hot water heater. ii. Would it make sense to build the ceiling lower above the shower and the closet so that we wouldn't have to move some of the pipes? iii. Install sump pump for waste from sinks, shower and toilet. iv.
