Subject: Operation of Business in Residential Zone , Illegal signs
Mr. Cichy
I made a site inspection to property you own at 157 Bridge Rd. today and observed two
signs advertising Air Conditioning recharge for automobiles. The area is zoned residential
and checking our records there is no application on file for operation of a business at this
location.
You are ordered to cease and desist immediately, remove all signs from the premise,
failure to cease and desist may result in fines of$100 per day for each day violation
continues and or court action.
I have also contacted the Board of Health with regards to disposal and storage of possible
toxic materials and Department of Environmental Control regarding the possible use of a
Federally controlled product on your property.

You are ordered to cease and desist immediately, remove all signs from the premise,
