11A-066 (3) City of Northampton Massachusetts DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTIONS 212 Main Street • Municipal Building Northampton, MA 01060 s July 8, 2014 Suzanne M. Dean 59 Front Street l Leeds, MA 01053 RE: Recent complaints concerning your property Dear Ms. Dean: Our office is in receipt of numerous complaints concerning activities at your 59 Front Street, Leeds, MA. Property. Unregistered vehicles are not allowed on residential property. In addition, after viewing your property I observed two trucks parked up on what should be the lawn area. One path was very well worn and it appears this is a common occurrence. The City of Northampton zoning ordinances does not allow for two curb cuts. In addition to the above concerns, many residents have complained about noise levels coming from your property. I would ask you to please take measures to insure.your neighbors may also peacefully enjoy their properties. The illegal curb cut and parking on grassed areas not your driveway needs to cease at once. I would also ask you to remove unregistered vehicles from the property. Should violations continue, I will have no choice but to pursue other legal remedies. I hope I have your cooperation in this matter. Respectfu , ;Z Ir Kyle J.
