I am writing as I would like to review with you my thoughts
for finishing off the presently unfinished half attic space
located on the third floor of 5-7 Highland Avenue .
I am occupying the second floor apartment at the subject
property. My fiancee and I have discussed and would like to
finish off the third floor space as a family room with a
half bath.
The above dates back to our discussion in your office on
October 27th of this year. At that time I stated that I
would be applying for the building permit and necessary ap-
proval for the third floor completion later in the year.
The third floor family room and half bath would be only an
extension of the apartment below and not seperated from it.
I would again appreciate your review of my intents and I
look forward to hearing from you soon with your thoughts
regarding this matter.

I took title to a two family property located at 5-7 Highland
Avenue on October 4 , 1986. The property consists of first and
second floor apartments with three additional finished rooms
on the third floor.
During my visits to the property prior to the purchase date ,
I noted that the third floor rooms were occupied and being
used as bedrooms .
I would like you to review my intent to occupy the second floor
apartment with the continued use of those third floor rooms.
I would also like to replace the old knob and tube wiring in
the third floor rooms with updated electrical wiring and fix-
tures .
I4Iy fiancee informs me that in the near future she would like
to add a half bath on the third floor at which time I would
apply for a building permit and the necessary approval.
This letter is the follow up to our +'ridgy afternoon discussion
at your office on October 24 , 1986 . I look forward to hear-
ing from you soon with your thoughts regarding this matter.
