I am occupying the second floor apartment at the subject property. My fiancee and I have discussed and would like to finish off the third floor space as a family room with a half bath. The above dates back to our discussion in your office on October 27th of this year. At that time I stated that I would be applying for the building permit and necessary ap- proval for the third floor completion later in the year.
