At the time we purchased the property, the only tenant was Gene Bontempi, who was living on the third floor. 2. We repaired and remodeled all three floors and rented all three, the first two floors as full apartments and the third floor as a studio. 3. My mother Linda lived in an apartment on the second floor, Frank Scott lived on the first floor, and from 1967 through early 1980, I lived on the third floor. 3. When Frank Scott died in 1970, he left the house to my mother (see copy of Will of Frank P. Scott, attached). 4. When my mother died in 1980, she left the house to my brothers and sisters. I continued to live on the third floor until pat Coffey bought the house in 1984 (see assessor's card, attached). 5.
