Street. The petition of Daniel Gerrior for a variance was denied ' on the grounds it was not needed . f i Based upon the evidence presented to the Board, the Board ; made the following findings in regard to the special permit: 1. That extension of the present use by allowing t auto repairs would not be substantially more detrimental than the present use, and would improve the area if the sale of gasoline were Ii discontinued , because auto repairs would not generate as much traffic. Ii 2 . The proposed use would not increase the public utilities . r 3 . The proposed use was not so great an extension that the Board would deny the special permit. i The special permit is , however , granted subject to the fol- .1 lowing conditions: I 1. That the applicant abide by the law relative / to making the storage tanks at the site inop enable . , 2 No more than four rs shall be parke on thy`' property at any one time. �.y � 3 . Hours of operation shall be no earlier than 7 : 00 A.M. and no later than 8 : 00 P.M. / ca^• 4 . There shall be no sale of motor vehicles of any kind on the parcel: t 5 . The area for parking cars shall not include that portion of the parcel between the drive- way and Orchard and Bridge Streets . 6 . New or used auto parts shall not be stored out- side the building . 7 .
