Zoning Board of Appeals Zoning Administrator was: David Bloomberg The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3 for an expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming side yard setback were as follows: 1. The Board found that the expansion would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure and would not extend any closer to any front, side, or rear property boundary than the current zoning allows and that the existing structure already extends. The current non-conforming structure sits 1' from the side and rear property boundary and the new garage will be located F from the side boundary and 4' from the rear property boundary. 2. The Administrator also determined that this extension would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign. planning board•conservation commission •zoning board o f appeals •housing partnership•redevelopment authoritv •northampton GIS economic development•communitpdevelopment •historic district commission •historical commission•central business architecture 1 original printed on recycled paper
