Massachusetts, Chapter 40A, Section 15, notice is hereby th of

decision of the Northampton Planning Board was filed in the City a
Clerk's office on March 17, 1998. The Planning Board voted 7:0 to accept
the withdrawal of an application by Jeff Pratt Builders for a Special
Permit with Site Plan Approval under Sections 5.2, 10.10 & 10.11 of the
Zoning Ordinance to add a third dwelling unit to an existing duplex in
a URB district at 40-42 Elizabeth Street,Northampton.
