Compliance
At your request, I met with you this morning to re-inspect the premises at 236 Bridge
Street, Northampton, MA for compliance with an egress violation that the Northampton Board
of Health had ordered corrected.
The 2nd means of egress off the Bridge Street side of the residence has been opened up
and is now in compliance with code requirements. Therefore, the violation noted in
Abatement Order (Certified Mail # 7099 3400 0003 5609 6832) of April 19, 2001 has been
corrected to the satisfaction of the Board of Health.
