The Really Loud Music Festival is a one-day outdoor festival that we are currently
organizing. The ideal location for this event is the Northampton Airport. The event will
be similar to the Warped Tour, but on a smaller scale.
The Festival will feature approximately 20 bands performing on two stages. The
proposed date for the event is Saturday, August 5. It will begin at 11 am and will
conclude at 6 pm. In addition to the two stages, we will have vendors selling food,
beverages, and merchandise.
We are anticipating an attendance of 2000 to 2500. The event will be enclosed by snow
fencing and bicycle fence with one entrance/exit, and will be monitored by a professional
security company. There will be no re-entry for the attendants.
As an employee of a large independent concert promoter and co-coordinator of such
events as the Warped Tour and the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival, I believe
that I am qualified to promote and produce this festival. With your cooperation,this
