Northampton Zoning makes the installation of a sewerage lift station contigent upon a special permit. If the special permit were to be denied, the applicant coula investigate the use o septic systems. Therefore, in order to decide on a development plan, the applicant needs an initial determination as to the availability of a lift station. 10.
