Re: Building and Electrical Inspections at 142 North Street
Dear Mr. Patillo:
As a result of our conference this morning,we came to the following understanding:
1. That I will forward you a list of all contracting work that has been performed on the property
since the issuance of the building permit;
2. That inspections will be done by your office of the contracted work, and that these inspections
shall be done with proper prior notice to the tenants and to this office, and shall be performed in a
courteous manner;
3. That the property rental will conform in all respects to the Northampton Zoning Laws, and that
your office will work with me on the issue, without any interruption to my client's rentals.
