Dear Stan:
Thank you for taking the time to talk last week about the change in my permit,#924,
originally issued on October 8, 1996. As you requested, enclosed are descriptions of what
we discussed for your records.
The two changes relate to removing the two wheelchair ramps installed as a part of permit
#924.
1. Remove front ramp. Enclosed is a copy of the original drawing. This ramp is attached to
the existing deck and will simply be unscrewed.
2. Remove back ramp. Enclosed is a copy of the original drawing. This ramp is attached to
the existing deck and stairs and will be removed. Railings, as drawn, will be added to the
existing stairs. A new final drawing is enclosed.
