Dear Dawn,
Part of the soffit, fascia and gutter on the southwest side of your house at 142
North Street has broken loose and is in danger of contacting the wires providing power
to your house.
We notified the local utility company, and they placed a protective cover on the
wires, but that is only a temporary solution. The wires are at risk of damage and must be
repaired. XXX YYY ZZZ.

our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excepting that we
close at 12:00 noon on Wednesdays. I am in the office daily from 8:30 to 9:30 am and
from 1:00 to 1:30 pm.
