Dear Mrs . Precious :
We have received a complaint pertaining to the operation of a
motor vehicle repair service being done out of your garage . Please
be 'advised that you are in a URB zone , which is strictly a residential
zone, and in order to run a repair service out of the garage a spacial
permit must be obtained from the Zoning Board of Appeals .
Therefore., operating a motor vehicle repair service out of
your residential garage must cease and desist immediately. Flease
notify me upon ,receipt of this letter as to your intentions in this
matter .
