1) Reviewed minutes of previous meeting:
a) GC will have heat in Storage Area by September 29th.
b) PVTA accepts Storage Area for Phase I Occupancy as of
September 11, 1986. See GC letter of 9-11-86.
c) Product labels have not been installed. Product names
will be stenciled on fill caps. Names to be furnished by
Owner.
2) The General Contractor requested clarification of overhead
and profit for change order preparation.
3) GC will resubmit change request proposal for "P" traps at
lifts.
4) Architect questioned steel erection testing report of August
8, 1986. No action has been taken to date by GC to tighten nuts
and weld items indicated. Retesting is required. This remedial
work must be completed before painting is finished in Storage
Area.
5) GC stated exhaust fans would be installed by September 29th.
Sprinkler system and water will also be completed by that date.
6) GC requested permission to change drain to Schedule 40 pipe
when line reaches rotary island. Architect will review with
Site Engineer.
7) GC requested color of vinyl fencing. Guard rails should be
as per Mass. DPW Specifications.
8) NNext meeting scheduled for October 7, 1986.

RE: PVTA Bus Facility, Northampton Industrial Park
Dear Mr. Tewhill:
Enclosed are copies of Test Reports and Minutes of Site Meetings
covering the period from July 25, 1986 through September 25, 1986
for the above referenced project. The following sum-nary of work
is submitted in compliance with Article 127.2.3 of the
Massachusetts State Building Code.
Summary of Work
The Bus Storage Area has been completed for Phase I partial
occupancy. PVTA has not started storing buses in the space as of
this date, but occupancy is planned on September 29, 1986. The
maintenance area and service areas are scheduled for Phase II
completion on October 27, 1986.
Most of the below grade structures have been completed except for
the wash water reclamation tanks below the slab of the Bus
Washing Area. Framing is in place for the remaining unfinished
portion of the building and roof deck is being installed over
these areas. The pre-cast wall panels are all in place with the
exception of panels on Administrative and Day Care areas.
Site drainage piping and structures have been completed in the
southwest portion of the parking area and work is scheduled to
begin on the line to the Rotary in Industrial Drive in the next
several weeks. This line has been relocated because of a conflict
with the existing gas and water lines due to changes in inverts
which were shown on Drawing Ir2. There is a possibility that the
gas line will have to be lowered in order for the drain line to
pass above the water line even at the revised locations.
