As stated in the application, a variance is desired by
the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority for the land purchased
by them located in the Northampton Industrial Park, Parcel
No. 178 , according to the Assessor' s Map. A variance is need-
ed for the entrance restrictions, as stated in Section 8. 10 ,
page 8. 8 in the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Northampton.
It is believed that with this restriction, it would be very
difficult to maneuver a 40 foot bus into the entrance.
