Dear Mr. Patillo,
I am writing today in order to request a permit for improvement upon our property. We
would like to add parking room for some of our vehicles along the side of our building.
The area in question measures 120' in length, 25' in width, and about 2' in depth. The
depth will be filled with processed gravel, and we would also like to add about 2" of
stone dust on top. I have included a diagram of our property, outlining the area in
question.
Our maintenance supervisor, Zbigniew Tur, will be in charge of overseeing the
construction process, which should take about a month once we have contracted a
company to assist.
