Attn: Michael Ciolek
Dear Mr. Ciolek:
once again, may I call to your attention the position of the Northampton
Redevelopment Authority concerning the protection of the natural landscaping,
trees, etc. within the entire buffer zone abutting the Robert Fibre Box site
alongside Bradford Street.
The Authority is frankly disturbed about this situation previously referred
to in our past letter of April 7, 1981.
This is further exasperated by the severe damage, now existing, to a major
tree in the area. his calls for immediate professional attention by a quali-
fied tree service firm.
It is our intention to cooperate fully with you during this construction
period. Cooperation however is a mutual endeavor and we ask that our requests
be respected.
The local Northamptcin Redevelopment Authority meets Monday, May 11, 1981
and I anticipate that proper policing of the area will have taken place by that
time.
