The Authority is frankly disturbed about this situation previously referred to in our past letter of April 7, 1981. This is further exasperated by the severe damage, now existing, to a major tree in the area. his calls for immediate professional attention by a quali- fied tree service firm. It is our intention to cooperate fully with you during this construction period. Cooperation however is a mutual endeavor and we ask that our requests be respected. The local Northamptcin Redevelopment Authority meets Monday, May 11, 1981 and I anticipate that proper policing of the area will have taken place by that time. r 'al Walter J y Market D' ector cc: E.E.
