Dear Frank,
Attached please find the Zoning Permit Application and plan as
discussed yesterday.
As indicated on the application, the existing parking spaces
are approximately 20. I am not sure how many are at the rear of
the building, and will not know until I can get some of the
materials cleared out back there. The submitted plan is tentative.
I would probably add about 14 spaces with the proposed additional
lot and the net loss of one out front by changing two into one HC.
I would be making every practical effort to save the two
Willow trees indicated. That would depend on an arborist's opinion
as to whether or not we would be excessively damaging the roots
with the work around them.
