FINN, to allow a 50' curb cut and driveway at property located at 99 Industrial Drive, Northampton Industrial Park, Northampton, MA. i The findings were as follows: I The Variance requested is for a specific parcel of land, 99 Industrial Drive, Northampton, MA. The topography of the narrow, one-way cul-de-sac on which said property lies especially effects said parcel, specifically as to means of egress therefrom, but does not effect generally the zoning district in which it is located. f Literal enforcement of the Ordinance would involve substantial I hardship to the petitioner, in that tractor-trailer trucks, anticipated in and indigenous to an Industrial Park, would be j unable to reasonably effect egress from said parcel. li Granting the request will not be a substantial detriment to the public good, nor will it substantially derogate from the cx intezit and purpose of the Ordinance, inasmuch as there are several 50' wide driveways in petitioner's immediate area. Robert C. Buscher, Chairman 1 Dr. Peter Laband M. Sanford/Weil, Jr. CERTIFICATE OF CITY CLERK February 29, 1988 I, Adeline Murray, City Clerk of the City of Northampton, hereby certify that the above Decision of the Northampton Zoning Board of Appeals was filed in the Office of the City Clerk on February 3, 1988, that twenty days have elapsed since such filing and that no appeal has been filed in this matte..
