Grodsky:
A. All piping clearly labeled.
B. Exterior High Pressure gas lines shall be painted.
C. Backflow paperwork missing from 3 units.
D. Flash tank connections (Boiler Room) inspected & tested; all temp-
orary lines removed and capped.
E. Light and fire all unit heaters low pressure.
Moran:
A. Bathroom final on all bathrooms.
B. Water heaters inspected and temperature tested.
BUILDING:
A. Sprinkler system active and tested.
B. Alarm system working and tested.
C. 3 copies of Site Plan of Building showing floor layout with utility
shutoffs for gas, electric and water clearly indicated.
D. Letter from the Planning Board indicating Special Permit conditions
have been fulfilled.
ELECTRICAL:
A. All Exit & Emergency lights installed & operable.
B. All temporary wiring and lighting removed from line #1 area & any
other working area.
C. All panels, switches, boxes, fitting covers installed. No exposed
parts.
D. Panels, switches, motors etc. identified & labeled. Typed directory
required.
E. All seal fittings on working equipment sealed & secured.
F. Permanent lighting supported and wires secured.
G. Approvals on equipment, as-built plans,/drawings for installed machinery
and terminals.
