Submission of drainage calculations and design for storm detention chambers sized to accommodate/detain, parking lot and impervious area runoff from the "first flush", prior to it's release into the city's drainage system. The design must be adequate to hold all of the drainage coming off of all of the parking lots located on the site for an average of four hours, with facilities for the capture and retention of suspended solids, debris, oils and greases. Final design is subject to Office of Planning & Development Approval, and shall be constructed within 180 days of approval. The system has already been constructed, however, it did not receive approval from DPW or OPD, prior to it being implemented. Proof that Fire and Police Departments have been given access keys/codes to fenced/secured areas, in order to provide adequate protection in the event of fire and/or burglary. A revised site plan, denoting the type of materials to be used in designated parking, loading and overflow parking areas (asphalt, concrete, concrete pavers) , and where proposed signage shall be located to designate these areas. A lighting plan which provides estimated illumination in foot-candles at ground level and at the height of the luminaire.
