Dear Jim:
I write concerning the issuance of the certificate of occupancy at the above facility.
Following applications and walk throughs by City of Northaippton inspectors,we were told that the
warehouse is satisfactory and that The Facility Group has met all of its obligations to achieve the
issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
To this effect Mr. Anthony Patillo gave us a verbal acceptance of the building on July 25, 1995.
A certificate of occupancy cannot be given until the discussions that are taking place between the
Coca Cola Company and the Department of Public Works are finalized. Once this is resolved, a
certificate of occupancy can be issued.
Earlier today we were notified that product would be arriving,and was to be stored in the warehouse.
This is something that should not be carried out until the certificate of occupancy is finalized.
I would be grateful if you could let me know the current status of the Public Works situation in order
that we may obtain the certificate of occupancy.
