Dear Fire Chief Duggan-
Following is a summary update of the items we discussed-
1. Plastic bottle storage —Jerry Goodsell met with MJ Moran and Rybak
Engineering to discuss this issue. Recommendations are expected this
week.
2. Horns/strobes for the warehouse— Security Engineering should provide a
recommendation this week.
3. Fire extinguishers— Debbie Bowie will work with Lee Fire & Safety to
determine recommended placement of extinguishers and marking of the
poles on which they are located.
4- Knox box- Security Engineering will be utilized to put a strobe over the Knox
box.
5. Security Engineering UL/FM listing/approval — 1 have requested this
information from Security Engineering. I will forward it to you when it arrives.
6. Direct dial —We have decided to set up a direct dial to the Fire Station in
addition to keeping our tie in to Security Engineering. I will have Security
Engineering contact Dana Cheverette, per your instruction.
