RE: 596 Ryan Road, Complaint
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tuperkeizsis:
As of the date of this letter I have yet to be contacted by you as to the removal of the bus and
storage unit located on your property at 596 Ryan Road. I had mailed you out a letter
requesting you to contact me within one week on May 2, 2014.
The storage container and bus used for storage are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance,
chapter 350, sections 5.2 and 5.3 (A).
In accordance with the Ordinance, you are ORDERED to REMOVE the units located on the
596 Ryan Road lot, no later than May 22, 2014. Should the units not be removed by this date,
fines will be placed of one hundred dollars per day for each day the violations take place
beyond May 22, 2014.
