PENDING ITEMS
1. SITE (09/26/06) - Footings and foundation for the Office Addition are in place. There are "fins" and
"honeycombs" on the exposed face of the foundation walls particularly on the north and east walls.
These should be ground smooth and the voids filled with cement mortar.
2. EXISTING BOTTLING ROOM (09/26/06) - Installation of various utility piping systems is in progress.
Jerry Goodsell indicated that layout and routing of piping has been field modified from the
construction drawings. It is important to note that all subcontractors must accurately record all
modifications on as-built drawings for inclusion on future record drawings.
3. SITE (10/16/06) - Installation of FP piping is substantially complete. CCNA has opted to leave the
existing fire line in place. This must be noted on as-built drawings. A credit for the work scope
reduction has not yet been offered.
5. ROOF (10/16/06) - Prefabricated structural roof curbs for duct penetrations is in place. These
components are not the specified products and were locally fabricated. The material appears to be
welded aluminum of a gage thickness that is not readily apparent. The specified material is 18 gage
galvanized steel. The liner material also appears to be aluminum and is not welded in the corners
but is sealed with reinforced metal tape. It is not readily apparent that insulation was provided.
7. BOTTLING & FILLER CAPPER ROOMS (10/16/06) - Installation of underground process waste
piping is in progress. Routing of piping and connection points to the existing main is being modified
from what is currently shown on the drawing. Field changes should be accurately noted on as-built
drawings for incorporation into record drawings at the completion of the project.
9. RECEIVING OFFICE & TRUCKERS LOUNGE (10/16/06) - Underground sanitary drain piping is in
place. Fred Snyder of Forish Construction advised that the invert elevation of the sanitary pipe at
the west wall is actually at 95'-0" and not 94'-0" as currently shown. This was raised in order to
maintain 1% slope in the 6" sanitary sewer to the manhole. This also must be recorded on as-built
drawings.
10. BOTTLING ROOM 136 (12/20/06) - Concrete curbs have been installed on south wall to Column
Line 10.4. Embed for '/" caulk joint at top of curb was not provided. See Detail 9/A0.2.
19. OFFICE ADDITION (12/20/06) - Door 186a has been placed on the east side of the room leading to
Employee Hallway 156.
26. GENERAL ITEMS (01/10/07) - Much of the equipment being supported from bar joists is not per
section details as shown on 18/S3.1 and 19/S3.1.
27. BOTTLING ROOM (1/10/07) - Wall curbs along WK is in an unfinished rough condition. Curbs near
WK-W2 are nearly flat on top.

30. BOTTLING ROOM (1/10/07) - The duct penetrations to the SB-2 diffusers do not appear to be fully
enclosed above the box but below the roof structure leaving exposed fiberglass insulation within the
space.
31. BOTTLING ROOM (1/10/07) - The 3" compressed air piping connection was made at a location that
