Pursuant to §116 of The Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR) and the Secondary
Construction Control Document which I submitted to you on March 11, 2008, 1 hereby state that,to
the best of my knowledge,the structural work for this project as constructed satisfactorily fulfills the
intent of the design as it was shown in the Design Drawing S 1.
Shop drawings were submitted, reviewed and approved for structural steel framing. I was also
present at the site on several occasions during the construction to observe the progress and quality of
the work, and to inspect final completion.
