Scrivener's Affidavit
I, Laura Krutzler, Board Secretary, hereby certify that the Northampton Conservation
Commission voted unanimously 6:0 on December 13, 1999 to issue an Order of Conditions to
Frank J. Basile/Bay State Machine Co. (DEP File#246-459) for property located at 76 Industrial
Drive(recording information: Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, Book 113, Page 16.) This
Order of Conditions was recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds on December 22,
1999 in Book 5854,Page 171. And I certify that, due to a clerical error, the following condition
was inadvertently omitted from the Order of Conditions:
28. A report of the success of re-vegetation activities shall be submitted to the Conservation
Commission, by a qualified wetlands scientist on the following schedule:
By the end of the second growing season.
I hereby request that this document be recorded in the chain of title for the above-referenced
property to correct this scrivener's error.
