At the November regular monthly meeting of the Northampton Redevelopment Auth-
ority, a memorandum from Building Inspector Cecil I.CZark was received.
The Authority was thereby notified that you wished to rent or lease a portion
of one building for use by a sandblasting and painting facility.
No approval was given by the Northampton Redevelopment Authority pending re-
ceipt of additional information.
May we request that you furnish us with details concerning -this reuse. We
would like an expanded identification of the proposed reuse, type, client, adapt-
ability of structure to this use, adherance to applicable codes, and amount of
space that will be converted.
With such explanation the Authority can make a responsible decision as to
whether or not this is a plan change and if it qualifies under the Redevelopment
Plan Code.
