Robert Foote will be locating a new building of approximately 3,800 sq. feet .on
his property in the Industrial Park.
The Conservation Commission had issued an Order of Conditions in August 1984 relative
to his property. I asked that they determine whether Bob needed to apply for a
determination. Members of the Commission, with Larry Smith, visited the site and
met with Bob on September 26th, 1985.
They established an area of non-encroachment, setting a line 75' from and parallel
to the westerly wall of the existing building and from the northerly corner of that
building to 15' beyond its southerly corner. They agreed that the planned location
-. of the building parallel to the existing building (between it and the buffer area
and within all set back requirements) would be within an appropriate, non-sensitive,
area.
The NRA approved earlier plans showing a different location for the building with
the understanding that the building will be located in the area described above and
that Bob will submit within 30 days a revised plan showing the actual location of
both the existing and new building.
