Construction Report No . 2
Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated November 20 , 1993 , the following
construction has been completed, inspected and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 . As previously reported, rough site clearing for the two new
mini storage warehouse buildings and driveway areas has been
completed. Excess topsoil has been stockpiled around the
perimeter of the site .
Siltation fencing and erosion control hay bales remain in
place adjacent to the wetland areas on the west and south
sides of the site . The storm drainage swale and retention
area has now been graded along the south side of the site .
Some siltation has built up within the storm drainage
retention area and should be cleaned out periodically. No
siltation or erosion has taken place beyond the perimeter
barriers .
2 . Excavation has been completed for all building footing and
foundation walls .
3 . All reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls have
now been poured and backfilled up to grade .
The reinforced concrete slab on grade has also been poured
and finished at this time with no cracking or deficiencies
noted.
4 . The Butler pre-engineered metal building system has now been
delivered to the job site , inspected and found to be free of
damage. It is anticipated that building erection will begin
within the next week.

Gentlemen:
On November 20 , 1993 I inspected the above referenced project.
The following construction has been completed and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project .
1 . Rough site clearing for the two new mini storage warehouse
buildings has been completed.
2 . Excavation for footings and foundation walls is also
complete . Soils encountered at the site are basically clay
materials , however, due to the minimal building loads, there
will be no bearing capacity problems .
3 . All reinforced concrete footings and approximately 90% of
the reinforced concrete foundation walls have now been
poured. Due to recent heavy rains, approximately 4" of
standing water has accumulated at the bottom of the footing
trench. It is my understanding , however, from site
personnel , that the trenches were dry at the time that
footings were poured. No problems or deficiencies in the
concrete work were noted.
4 . A storm water retention area has been roughed in on site and
appears to be working adequately. Siltation control fencing
and hay bales have been placed along the west property line
adjacent to the wetland areas and no siltation or erosion
along this line was observed.

5 . Since the site was snow covered at the time of my
inspection, I was not able to observe the condition of the
storm water retention area. However, at my last inspection
this area was in generally good condition and no problems
are anticipated at this time.

Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated December 24 , 1993 , the following
construction has been completed, inspected and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 . Since my last report , no additional site work has been
completed.
2 . As previously reported, all reinforced concrete footings and
foundation walls have been poured and backfilled up to
finished grade.
The reinforced concrete slab on grade has also been
installed.
3 . Erection of the Butler pre-engineered mini storage warehouse
building system is continuing on building number one . All
wall framing members and roof framing members have now been
erected. All steel tie down anchors and clip angles at the
concrete slab have now been erected for this building as
well as exterior and interior metal wall panels . Butler
standing seam metal roof system and fiberglass insulation is
approximately 90% complete for this building. Installation
of roll up overhead doors has now begun and is approximately
5% complete .
At building two , Butler pre-engineered metal building system
has been delivered to the job site , however, erection has
not yet begun.
4 . It is my understanding that installation of all electric
utilities for these buildings is being coordinated directly
by the owner and not under the supervision of the O'Leary
Company.

Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated December 4, 1993 , the following
construction has been completed, inspected and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 . As previously reported, all rough site work for the two new
mini storage warehouse buildings and driveway areas has been
completed.
All reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls have
now been installed and backfilled up to grade. Gravel base
material has now been installed and compacted around the
perimeter of the two new buildings and in the driveway
areas .
Additional hay bales have now been installed in the storm
drainage swale and retention area along the south side of
the construction site . Stone rip rap has been placed at the
main storm water run-off area for additional erosion
protection. No siltation or erosion has taken place beyond
the protective barriers .
2 . Also as previously reported, reinforced concrete slab on
grade has been poured and finished with control joints cut
for the two new buildings.
3 . Erection of the Butler pre-engineered metal building system
for the mini storage warehouse units has begun and is
approximately 10% complete. Steel tie down anchors and clip
angles are being properly installed with no problems noted.
No roof installation has begun at this time.
It is anticipated that routine building erection will
continue over the next two week period.
